How does Kolavia Payment Protection work?
When you invite or accept a creator, the campaign budget is collected upfront via Cashfree Payment Gateway. The funds remain held securely and are only transferred to the creator after you inspect and approve the live deliverable. If a creator fails to meet the agreed deadline or ghosts, you can cancel and receive an immediate refund.
When and how do creators receive their payout?
Creators are paid immediately upon brand approval of the live post link. Furthermore, if a brand fails to review the submitted link within 5 days, our payment engine automatically disburses the funds to the creator's connected bank account or UPI via Cashfree Payouts.
What happens if there is a disagreement over deliverables?
Brands can request revisions if the content deviates from the agreed campaign brief. If an impasse occurs, either party can trigger an Admin Dispute Review. Our operations team inspects the brief, deliverable history, and communication to ensure a fair resolution.
